History
The Firm was founded in 1997 by Clara Fryer to serve exclusively as a real estate closing practice. The attorneys who came together that year brought years of experience in the areas of condominium/covenant law, builder/new construction issues, exclusive lender representation, and title examination work.

In 1997, the Firm renovated the former Buckhead Bed and Breakfast building located in the Lenox Pointe development. The building was turned into a state-of-the-art closing facility with seven conference rooms of various sizes, accommodating all of the closing needs for our clients. The renovation also gave us the opportunity to design our "back office" space in a way that best supports an exclusive closing practice.

The Lenox Pointe location was considered with the convenient proximity in mind, of Interstate 75/85, Georgia 400, and the major in-town surface streets.

However, because of our continued investment in the latest technology, we are now able to bring our services into our core areas of expertise: the in-town Atlanta neighborhoods. We have now opened affiliated offices in Decatur, Little Five Points, and Midtown.
