History
The Fryer Law Firm was founded in 1997 by Clara Fryer to serve exclusively as a real estate closing practice, specializing in providing a positive closing experience to clients purchasing and selling homes in metro-Atlanta neighborhoods. Ms. Fryer, along with attorneys David Barrett, Karen Ingram-Tello, Kathryn Semonsky Newman, Catherine Donnelly and their staff bring together years of experience in the areas of condominium/covenant law, builder/new construction issues, lender representation, and title examination work.
In 1999, the Firm renovated the former Buckhead Bed and Breakfast building located in the Lenox Pointe development, immediately accessible from I-85/75, GA-400 and major intown surface streets, for use as its main office. Now a state-of-the-art closing facility with conference rooms of varying sizes, the main location also serves as “back office” for the firm's satellite closing sites located in several agents' offices in Atlanta and Decatur, allowing us to accommodate all of the closing needs of our clients and making us convenient to clients throughout the city and surrounding areas. In 2004 The Neighborhood Title Group was founded in order to extend our services to neighborhoods beyond Atlanta, particularly second home markets in Florida and North Carolina.
